Ordered one too many? Don't need it anymore?

That's okay! For whatever reason you would like to return your purchase, please return the goods in their original state within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund (excluding shipping fee).

To be acceptable for return:

  • The goods must still be in their original seals, unopened and in an unused state,

  • This includes all packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals.

Without being in the original condition, your goods will be unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period stated above.


Return Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items unless item is damaged.


Damage and Incorrect items 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days from the delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item

Provided that the goods are unused and re-sellable condition, we will replace the goods or offer you a refund including your original delivery charges.

In the absence of your notice within 3 working days, we shall not be liable in respect of incorrect or defective goods


 Returns & Refunds

To ensure your return and refund is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

UK Returns Procedure:

  • Please complete the contact form below containing the following information:

    1. your order reference number

    2. the goods you wish to return

    3. reason for return.

  • You will receive an email containing your returns authorisation number, and further instructions on how to return the goods.

  • Please double check the goods are in their original packaging with all seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.

  • Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your returns authorisation number within the parcel.

  • Don't forget to request proof of postage. This will be vital evidence in making a claim should your return parcel go missing.

  • For returns via Royal Mail, if your parcel includes nail varnish, polish or gel, you must affix an ID8000 consumer commodity label to the parcel. You can get this from your local Post Office free of cost.

Please allow up to 14 working days of receiving the returned item (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your returns and refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and will exclude postage.



Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
