When will my delivery arrive?
We make every effort to ensure you get your goods ready to dispatch for the next working day and delivered on time.
If you've entered an incorrect delivery address after placing an order, please email us at hello@glowtips.co.uk with the correct address. Note that customers will be responsible for the cost of a second delivery attempt.
Please refer to the table below on our delivery options. Note that the delivery cost may vary depending on the quantity and weight of the products in your order.

Domestic
UK Economy
- Orders over £20 will receive FREE UK Economy Delivery.
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday.
- Transit times between 3-5 working days.
UK Standard
- Transit times between 1-3 working days.
- Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday.
UK Next Working Day
- Order by 2:00pm, Monday - Friday to receive your order next working day.
- Delivered between Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after the 2:00pm cutoff will be processed the next working day.
Note: For orders containing nail varnish, polish or gel
* Due to restrictions set out by Royal Mail, your order may be sent out in multiple packages as only four 30ml bottles are allowed in one package.

Standard
We use a tracked 7-14 working day shipping service however please allow up to 20 days for your shipment to arrive in case of any delays. If your parcel has still not arrived, you may request us to reship the item out to you or request a full refund.
Brexit - Customs and Taxes
Import Duties
You are completely responsible to pay import duties, customs, and local taxes designated by your country and region.
The grand total of your order as displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Tax charge amounts depending on the delivery country please see your local tax rate. Please note we are unable to remove VAT on sale to consumers, You are responsible to pay VAT on the sale and in your country.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to the UK, shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure of whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
International Business Customers
When placing your order please provide us with your National Identification number and receiver's VAT/EORI number.
We are unable to deliver goods to your business address without this information.
Ordered one too many? Changed your mind?
That's okay! For whatever reason you would like to return your purchase, please return the goods in their original state within 28 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, the goods must still be in their original seals, unopened and in an unused state.
